Terms of Use

1) Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Taha mobile application. By downloading or using Taha, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2) The Service

Taha is an Islamic worship companion providing: prayer times and qibla; prayer/habit tracking with streaks, points and statistics; a Quran reader with audio recitations and tafsir; a daily hadith; a verse feed; salawat and dhikr counters; a Worship Focus (app-locking) feature; widgets; notifications; and optional iCloud backup. Content is provided for general informational and personal spiritual use. Taha does not provide fatwas, religious rulings or professional counseling; prayer times are calculated estimates, so verify with local authorities where precision matters.

3) Account-Free Use

Taha can be used without an account; most data is stored on your device.

4) Subscriptions (Taha Premium)

Some features (e.g. Quran audio listening and reciter selection, tafsir, Worship Focus auto-lock, advanced reports, unlimited habits/bookmarks, iCloud backup) require Taha Premium, offered as auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g. weekly and monthly) purchased through Apple.

5) Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall or switch devices, use "Restore" to re-activate an active subscription tied to your Apple ID.

6) Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. The developer cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies — submit them at reportaproblem.apple.com or via Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Under Apple's rules, the unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase the related subscription.

7) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt reverse engineering (except where the law permits), unlawfully copy or redistribute its content, or interfere with its operation.

8) Intellectual Property

The App's interface, design, code and branding are protected by intellectual property rights. Quran text, translations, tafsir and hadith are used from their respective sources, whose rights belong to those providers.

9) Third Parties (including Apple)

Taha uses Apple services and other providers, including anonymous product analytics (PostHog), as described in the Privacy Policy. These Terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content; where you obtained the App from the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce these Terms. Apple has no obligation to provide support or handle claims relating to the App.

10) Availability & Changes to the App

The App may become temporarily unavailable due to updates, maintenance, or third-party outages. Features, limits and pricing may change as the product evolves.

11) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on prayer-time or content accuracy.

12) Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Access may be restricted if you materially breach these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Central) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; the latest version appears in the App and applies from its publication date.
