This Privacy Policy explains how the Last Sword mobile game ("we", "us", "the app") handles user information. By installing and using the app, you agree to the practices described below.

Last Sword is free to play. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. The app is supported by opt-in rewarded video advertising provided by Google AdMob.

1. Information We Collect

We do not maintain user accounts and we do not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. The app itself asks for no registration.

Data collected via Google AdMob (advertising)

The app displays rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure these ads, Google and its ad partners may collect and process:

• A device advertising identifier (on iOS, the IDFA — only if you allow tracking; otherwise a non-personalized ad is shown),
• Device information (device model, operating system version, language, and app version),
• Approximate, coarse location derived from your IP address (e.g. country/region — not precise GPS),
• Ad interaction data (which ads were shown, viewed, or completed).

This data is used to deliver ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud/abuse. Google acts as an independent controller of the data it collects. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS, apps must ask permission before tracking you across other companies' apps and websites for personalized advertising. If you decline, the app still works and still shows ads, but those ads are non-personalized. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Locally stored data

The app stores your game progress (chapter reached, inventory, and settings preferences such as music, sound, screen shake, and haptics) on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you delete the app.

What we do NOT collect

We (the developer) do not collect or store on our own servers:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information,
• Your precise location,
• Your contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data,
• Any behavioural profile beyond what Google AdMob processes to serve ads.

2. How Information Is Used

The limited data described above is used only to:

• Serve and measure the rewarded video ads that keep the game free,
• Prevent advertising fraud and abuse,
• Save your game progress locally on your device,
• Provide support if you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Children's Privacy

Last Sword is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Recommended age: 13+ due to mild fantasy violence and revenge themes. Advertising content is subject to Google AdMob's policies. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, please contact us at [email protected] and we will address it.

4. Your Choices & Rights

You can control your data by:

• Deleting the app — removes all locally stored game data and settings,
• Managing tracking — allow or deny personalized ads via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking,
• Resetting your advertising identifier — via your device's privacy settings.

If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / CCPA (access, deletion, objection). For ad-related data, these are primarily exercised through Google (see the links above); for anything we hold, contact us and we will assist.

5. Data Retention

• Local game data: retained until you delete the app.
• Advertising data: retained by Google per Google's own retention policies.
• We do not maintain any server-side records about you.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in the app or in applicable law. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
