Terms of Use — Orbit Duel
Last updated: July 2026
These terms apply to the Orbit Duel mobile game ("Orbit", "the Game"), developed by Okan Yüksel ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the Game on Apple devices that you own or control, for private, non-commercial use, subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
2. Virtual currency and items
- The Game contains a virtual currency ("coins") and virtual items (e.g. battle items, ball skins, themes). These are licensed digital content, not your property. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another person, device or Apple ID.
- Coins and battle items are consumable content and are stored only on your device. If you delete the Game or switch devices, your coins, items, skins, themes and progress are permanently lost and cannot be restored — including any that were purchased with real money.
- The "Remove Ads" purchase is non-consumable: it is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored at any time via Settings → Restore Purchases, even after reinstalling.
- We may adjust game balance (prices, rewards, item effects) in updates to keep the Game fair and fun.
3. Purchases and refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID; we never receive your payment details. Prices are shown before purchase. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple under Apple's terms — you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Virtual content that has already been consumed is generally not refundable.
4. Battle mode
- Battle mode is a skill-based head-to-head match in which each player stakes virtual coins; the winner receives both stakes. Because coins have no monetary value and cannot be cashed out, Battle mode is not gambling.
- Online play requires a Game Center account and an internet connection. Your Game Center nickname, selected ball skin and live match data are visible to your opponent.
- When no human opponent is available in the random queue, you may be matched with a computer-controlled opponent.
- Leaving a match in progress counts as a forfeit and the staked coins are lost.
5. Fair play
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with the Game's data or network traffic, or disrupt other players. We may block access to online features for violations.
6. Advertising
The Game shows third-party advertising (Google AdMob), including optional rewarded ads that grant in-game benefits. Ad-free play can be purchased; rewarded ads remain available as an optional feature. Data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any feature (including online services) at any time. We are not liable for loss of virtual content resulting from such changes, from app deletion, or from device loss.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us through the Game in the past 12 months.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
