Ekspertiz Ustası is a game. The vehicles, marques, customers, prices and inspection results inside it are entirely fictional. The game cannot be used to inspect a real vehicle and is not a substitute for professional advice.
Buying the app from the store grants you a non-transferable right to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, rent, redistribute or attempt to reverse-engineer the application itself.
The vehicle marques and models in the game (Torvan, Meridan and their models) are invented and have no connection to any real manufacturer. Customer names, dealership names, number plates, prices and damage records are likewise fictional. Any resemblance to real people, companies or vehicles is coincidental.
The inspection mechanics are inspired by real practice but simplified. Do not use this game as a basis for judging the condition of a real vehicle.
The app is paid for once. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or ads. Payment runs through the store; refunds follow the store's own rules and are requested through Apple or Google Play.
Game saves are kept only on your device. If you delete the app, change device or lose your device data, your saves are lost with it. We are not responsible for backing up or recovering saves.
The app is provided "as is". It is not guaranteed to run uninterrupted or error-free. Liability for indirect damages arising from use of the app is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
